We will list any residential property including single family’s, multi-family’s and condominiums; and any commercial property, including businesses, office complexes, store fronts, mini-malls, warehouses, retail, wholesalers and distributors. 

We also assist buyers to purchase property.  As a buyer representative we do not charge the buyer any fees for this service.  We will help buyers do searches and locate specific properties of interest.  We will set appointments to view properties and help structure the best possible offer for our buyer.  You must understand that the listing agent represents the seller and he is trying to get the MOST amount of $ for the seller.  Now, as a buyer representative we are negotiating to get the property at the LOWEST amount of $ possible.  We accomplish this by performing a full market analysis to determine what the property is truly worth at that time and we structure the offer from there.

In addition to typical real estate sales we also specialize in SHORT SALES and FORECLOSURE PREVENTION.  There are aspects of real estate sales that seem fairly simple but then there are many elements however that are complicated and daunting...
